Howl's Moving Castle 2 by ketari Howl's Moving Castle 2 by ketari
Here's a piece I did for my Illustration final. Another cover of Howl's Moving Castle. The whole image didn't make it into the scanner, and I am terrible at scanning pictures in halves, so I didn't even bother. @_@ This was painted in acrylic washes and lined with pen.

I've read the book and have the movie on DVD, but I can't tell which one this is supposed to be for. If it's for the book, could you please tell me which part? I'm sorry, I borrowed it from the public library in my town, and it's been a couple years, so my memory's not that great on it! XD

This is for the book. Sophie has red hair in the book, but not in the movie.
I wasn't going for a specific part. I haven't read the book since college but I seem to remember that Sophie would often get lost in her thoughts. I wanted to depict her looking thoughtful and wistful.

Aww! This is really cool! I love it! I think the colors you used really captured that part of the story and all the emotions that go with it for the characters! :)
